How it works
A pill under the card
A− and A+ change the text size; in steady scroll, − and + change the speed.
Pause the take
On iOS 18 and later, pause and resume the same recording; listening pauses too.
Count down
An optional 3-second countdown gives you time to look at the lens.

Why can’t I pause?
Pausing a recording needs iOS 18 or later. On older versions, stop and start a new take.
Does the countdown record?
No. Recording starts when the countdown ends.
